An Awards Dinner is mandatory competition to conclude the International Final programme. The presentation of the prizes, followed by the Induction Ceremony for the competitors must be staged in an appropriately elegant fashion.
All trophies and awards are provided by the International Headquarters of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs through the Jeunes Sommeliers Committee. All competitors will receive the following awards, regardless of standing:
- Participant's medal
- Competition Diploma of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
- Five-year Sommelier membership in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
Medal winners in 2023 will receive the following prizes:
First Place
- Gold Medal
- The winner's engraved silver-plated tray
Second Place
- Silver Medal
- Engraved silver-plated tray
Third Place
- Bronze Medal
- Engraved silver-plated tray
Best Competitor under 25 years old
- Engraved silver cup
Best Competitor in the Blind Tasting
- Engraved silver cup
Cash and other prizes may be announced for each year's International Final.
