Day 2   

Breakfast at Grand Hyatt hotel

09:30  Leaving by bus from hotel to the Spice bazar

10:00 Arrival at Spice bazar

10:10 Stop at Malatya Bazaar shop with sampling of products 

10:40 Free time to wander around the bazaar

11:30 meet at the Malatya Bazaar to walk to famous Turkish coffee producer "Mehmed Efendi"

11:40 Sampling of Turkish coffee at Beta Yeni Han

12:30 Hamdi Restaurant, Eminönü for lunch

14:00 Leaving for Le Cordon Bleu from Hamdi restaurant by bus - Competitors and Official Companions only

15:30 Competition briefing  Candidates profile photo shooting  Kitchen tour 

19:00 Dinner at L'Atelier Bleu Restaurant at le Cordon Bleu

21:00 Return to Hotel     

 

Saturday 18/04/2026

Day 3

04:30 Departure  morning group from the hotel to Le Cordon Bleu

06:00 Start competition

08:15 Departure afternoon group from the hotel to Le Cordon Bleu + Tasting Jury

13:30 Departure morning group back to hotel

18:15 Departure to Sans restaurant for the dinner

18:30 Departure from Grand Hyatt Hotel to Sans restaurant for dinner

19:30 Cocktail and dinner at Sans 

22:30 Departure to the Grand Hyatt Hotel  

 

Sunday 19/04/2026

Day 4

Breakfast at Grand Hyatt

08:30 Debriefing

11:30 with bus to Kabatas

12:00 Boat tour and lunch on Swissotel Bosphorus boat

14:00 Bus back to Grand Hyatt

15:30 Departure to Gala dinner Swissotel

16:30 Award ceremony and Induction

19:15 Cocktail

20:00 Opening of the doors for the Gala dinner

23:30 Return to hotel
